Rude, unprofessional front office. Told me to reschedule my surgery because they did not have any open appts (6 wks out) to have my pre-op paper signed and that my surgery wasn't urgent enough! Whoa!! Bless my specialist doctor who took the time the next day.
Best practice! Feel so loved and taken care of here. Short wait every time. Same day sick appointments were a breeze to make. Every time I have gone, never felt rushed. Front staff so caring and friendly too. Last I went was a couple weeks ago for a cough that lasted about a month. I had rescheduled a dental appt many times due to an uncontrollable cough. Very poor service. I called 2 weeks ago to book an appointment to receive international travel shots. I called again a week and a half ago to see when I would be hearing about getting an appointment, and both times the same receptionist said "I can't predict the future." I went to Passport Health, who were great. I am also looking for a primary physician, but I will not be going here.
Terrible. After waiting a month to see a Dr., my appointment was cancelled and I had to wait another month. I showed up and waited an hour before asking them to check on a time. I was told that I just had to wait and it could be ten minutes or three hours. There was still another person ahead of me. If I ran my business like they run theirs - I would be out of business! -Caleb
