for a property that was built in 1960 it's in really good shape and it's in a cool area even if a lot of neighborhood kids are allowed to come and swim in the pool without anybody doing anything about it. The problem is the management. the manager is just the most sour and rude person you are ever going to meet. We were never late on rent and never caused any trouble and she's just the worst. Go someplace else and save the headache.
