We enjoyed our stay. The fireplace In our room was awesome, enjoyed the view from our patio of downtown Gatlinburg. It was also one block from the main strip of Gatlinburg, the staff was very friendly ( Nicole and Taylor are the best) and the house keeping did a great job on our room. The rooms was outdated but had a rustic feel to them. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to our friends. Sincerely Jamie Guffey
This place is a dump we didn't get the room we paid for the manager was very rude the bed had a hole in it the couch was broken and had brick holding it up the bathroom was so bad we had to go to McDonald's to use the bathroom we want be back four seasons is better than this fabulous shit hole
Great location, some rooms on the river, great price, friendly staff......... But its an older hotel so some of the rooms could use a remodeling and the wifi does not reach the rooms. But if you get a room on the river you may be able to reach the city wifi on the room patio.
