RecommendedPerfect and quiet! mostly occupied by adults, which made for great poolside conversations. You can expect to see bears! I'll be back!
Room was "renovated" but had black scrapes on the wall, the fabric on the chair was stapled where it had ripped, the furniture was old, scratched and beat up. there was extra furniture shoved in a corner. the grounds were not maintained. HUGE disappointment from what used to be a lovely place to stay. Never again.

Worst place we have ever stayed in Gatlinburg. The pics found on website are nothing like what our room looked like. No table and chairs like most rooms you see, the jacuzzi was nice but in a separate room with no TV (but had the hook ups for one). The tv didn’t work at first and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to our room to fix it. Shower was cold so only way to wash up in morning was to fill the jacuzzi. We absolutely LOVE this little gem. This was our 3rd time staying here and it's perfect for a romantic getaway!! The room was huge and has everything we wanted. The fireplace was perfect. Thank you Sherry for all your help and all the staff are amazing!! I would rate 10 stars if I could. Definitely worth staying here
This place is adorable and clean. The room was cute and the beds were comfy. Affordable rates. I would stay here again. The only negative is that we arrived after 10pm and had to drive down to the Econo Lodge to check in and then our room key didn't work so we had to wait on maintenance to bring us new keys. We were warned of bears roaming but...we are in Gatlinburg �
I'll never stay in another hotel again! I love this hotel so much! So glad we found it for our honeymoon now we're coming back for my birthday!
