I had a great experience here from start to finish. The chiropractor took time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment☺️☺️ One thing that really stood out was the adjustment bed (he told that it was called COX table- the bed moves in various directions) : it’s different from what I’ve experienced at other chiropractic clinics, and it made a huge difference. It felt much more comfortable and supportive, which helped me relax during the adjustment.
Dr. Chai is fantastic! I was suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck and couldn't function. His gentle and systematic approach to treatment was just what I needed. He took the time and care to do a variety of different treatments rather than just "crack" me and send me on my way. I was blown away with his thoroughness and attention to detail, as well as providing me with things I could do at home. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Chai is a Chiropractor whom I can easily recommend to anybody. I unfortunately got in a terrible rear-end car accident in mid-June, causing whiplash injury and lower back injury. Usually, I don't go to a medical provider for these injuries, hoping that everything will get better with some pain meds and stretching. However, the pain got worse. Dr. Chai is not just professional and compassionate, but informed about the Cox Technic, a non-force and highly effective method of spinal decompression that instantly alleviated my pain in my lower back.
