Worst shopping experience I've ever had with any product or service in the US. Ordered a bike and before the bike arrived I wanted to cancel the order. They threatened to start legal action if I didn't agree to pay a $261 "restocking fee". I needed that money to pay hospital bills. Talk about kicking a guy when he's down! Why did I feel like I could cancel the order? I am very happy with the huffy bike they put together for me because I feared that if I got off hold of it I would have ruined it, and thay did the exact opposite. They a Very helpful and skilled group of guys. Thank you guys very much. In about a month I will be bringing a trike for you to put together.
