Super Service And A Very Friendly Shop.
Just bought a used bike and took it in for a tune up and inner tube replacement. The service was fantastic! So nice and polite, took the time to answer all my questions. The turn around time was faster than I expected and it was affordable. I ended up purchasing a bike rack for my car too and they helped me install it, showing me the ropes :) Will definitely be coming back here for any bike related needs!
The pick-up and delivery option to the Haile area is so convenient. I had taken my bike elsewhere and was told nothing was wrong with it, but chain reaction solved the puzzle of my tires and now my bike is better than before! Highly recommended.
My bike and I had been hit by a car. I went to the other bike shops and they just wanted to sell me a new bike. When I walked into the Chain Reaction the first words out of Raleighs mouth where “are you OK”! To me that meant a lot. He then took over and handle everything for me. What a relief. He did fantastic work on the bike got it back into prime condition and gave me a good break on cost. I would highly recommend the shop. Customer service is the best! Thanks Raleigh for caring!!!
Chain Reaction is hands down the best place in Gainesville for anything on two wheels. They have a great selection of brand new road bikes, mountain bikes, and everything in between. Friendly staff that are happy to help you find the perfect new bike or work on any bike you bring in. They will walk you through whatever maintenance or repairs need to be done and tune-ups come with free adjustments for a year. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top notch service and products
