I needed a bolt for my axle, which should be free but they said fix dollars then they wanted to charge me 70 for a new tire. I left for an hour then they text while I was gone that they found other issues. I come back to find they charged me a hundred dollars more which didn't even fix everything that was wrong with it. I could buy A NEW BIKE FOR THE PRICE of their repair. Don't go here. Don't let them sell you a tire. Walk a block west to Rebike, Eric will not rip you off. Seriously disappointed in their business model.

About a month ago I bought a Baja sun trike from you. The day I bought it I could barely get my foot on the pedals and felt like it wasn't for me. If it wasn't for Raleigh's encouragement I probably wouldn't have taken it home. Well as he suggested I gave it a chance and tried each day. This has been my go to bike shop for more than 5 years. It’s feels nice having a reliable place to take my bike in whenever it needs a repair. Service is fast, and all at fair prices. This is the place to go in Gainesville!
The employees here are so nice and kind. I brought my bike for a tune up and soon it was ready and working better than ever. Every time I have gone has been an excellent experience. They even helped make sure I had the proper lights for riding in Gainesville in the dark, a requirement I had not been aware of when moving to Gainesville. I will keep coming to them for any of my bike needs.
