Aged homes. Bullies. Owners are closing in on 80 years old. No guarantee they will not sell this park. Rents now close to $900. Look elsewhere. Sprayed my newly cleaned home with mud. Keeps an exhaust fan in windows aimed so chain smoker's smoke fills the yard and home. Chimes that are so loud and huge. Never help-hindered.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HOME HERE. Worst place ever lived. Owners are garbage! Eight years of hell and bully chain-smoking neighbor 15 feet in front of my kitchen window. Neighbor hung two horrendous huge swinging noisy chimes which swung out over my yard which hit me in the head. Unable to sleep without TV constantly on. Owners would not help as should have in lease. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
