RecommendedI love this place! I go in I get a nice pillow, warm, for my neck then a blanket and gas and netflicks! I know I have teeth fixed but it is such a comfy place! I have been going for 4 years and love it! I have even got my mom to switch!
I have hardcore phobia (not anxiety/nervousness), and their office has worked with me to help me be able to take care of my dental health without re-traumatizing me. they're very caring and have helped me a lot, w/ my fears, and with my teeth/gums. 100% recommend, especially for those who have phobias. my only complaint is that they do not have plain noses. this is a bit of an issue for me, but would be a bigger issue for someone with worse sensitivities to smells/odors/fragrances, especially autistic folks. hope they will f... read more
Everyone is so friendly, and they do an excellent job of trying to make you as comfortable as possible and that you understand the current and future steps for your Dental health.
great customer service and gentle on teeth
I have been a patient of Chaffin Dental for about 20 years. I love going there and nobody loves going to the dentist. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly. Nothing they do ever hurts. They have redundant systems to remind you of appointments so you never forget. I have never had to wait when I arrived on-time for my appointment. Everyone on the staff is super professional. They a real class act.
Was able to get in right away to deal with a tooth problem and get it fixed!
Freindly people and for first time I'm not leaving my hand prints in the arm rests of the chair. I would recommend them to my family and friends even.
