Everyone in this office is so kind and caring. They explain everything that they're going to do and make sure to have the pre-approvals from insurance before proceeding with treatment. They always check on your comfort and go out of their way to make sure that you are doing well with whatever they are doing. I love Chaffin dental. They do a great job explaining what’s going on with my teeth, the steps needed to correct the issues, and then they are amazing at fixing the problems.

My recent appointment went well. I'm a nervous Nelly going to the dentist. All of the people at the Chaffin dentist office are great from the front office to the doctor. I had broken a tooth and they got me right in which I appreciated.
