I've tried for so long to put up with Dr. Seong Yoon Kim for the sake of keeping my referrals and because PCPs are booking so far out for new patient appointments. Frankly, he does not listen and makes no effort to. Part of it is that though he can speak English sufficiently for his working environment, he doesn't understand English well (and in particular doesn't know basic medical terminology in English), but at least if that was the only part of the problem you could engage with him. I’ve been thinking about leaving this practice for awhile and I am finally taking the leap. Unfortunately, I’ve given Dr Semaan the benefit of the doubt many times, but she simply does not listen to my concerns. It’s as if she’s already made her mind up about me, and won’t budge. Constantly talking over my concerns to bring up her own theory (without hearing my ACTUAL physical complains first, from my own body). Dr. Irawan takes the time to know his patients, asks insightful questions, and follows up in a caring, professional manner. Nurse Jackie is the best. She's always available, responds to calls right away, and replies in detail to MyChart inquiries. All in all, an extremely competent and well-run medical practice. I highly recommend this group.

Have my primary care doctor at this office for the past a few years. Absolutely positive experience with Dr. Irawan and his team. I’d recommend it to people who need a doctor.
