I simply requested forgiveness for a late fee and the receptionist was EXTREMELY argumentative, rude, and vindictive. She said “Sure, that will be taken off and I’ll close the account.” Close the account meaning my wife can no longer make appointments at the dentist she’s been going to her entire life. 20 plus years of coming to only this dentist. Always an excellent experience with Dr. Pratt and his team. Everyone is efficient, timely, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.

I always have a great experience at Dr Pratt's office. The Dr and staff are super and make dental work a pleasure. They take the fright out of dental appointments. I’m happy I found them.
