Since my last review Martin from chadds got involved alongside Mitsubishi and discovered the problem. It was still an expensive another 3500 solution but it got fixed. Martin was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We got the new handlers today Jack fixed the handler and did a good work

DO NOT use for generator service. The technician we had to service our generator was friendly and courteous… unfortunately mistakes were made on 2 different occasions which made the generator not operational for 2 separate power outages. Contacted a different company to fix the second issue which ended up being the starter improperly installed/wired. The service manager at Chadds Ford Climate refused to refund the labor portion of the bill for the improperly installed starter. He was extremely rude and dismissive…he said he ... read more

We have been using Chads Ford Climate Control for years—not just for our home but my sister’s and parents’ as well. So we know the great quality of service to expect. Martin Smith has been our go to during all these years and he runs a great team and product. Honest, fair, and always helpful in explaining and addressing our issues.
