Excellent emergency response after hours by the on call operator and service technician. It was 10:00pm on a Friday night. Very, very satisfied
Very disappointed with most recent service. Technician misdiagnosed problem, ordered part we didn't need, waited 5 days for unneeded part (without AC), and then realized the part we needed was readily available. We had to pay for diagnosis (even though wrong), and paid handsomely for the service we did get: labor charges jumped to $250/hr. I did a survey of local HVAC companies and these labor charges are more than double what others are charging.
