I paid high price five years ago for a Bryant furnace and AC and after the five years the heat exchanger broke. It has a life-time warranty but the installation for $1,600 plus the service and diagnoses of +$400 is way too high. I'm stock and I have to pay for it. Also the person Charles that talks to me on the phone is not very friendly and he should have apologize for doing a bad job with the installation.
