Chad was recently our realtor when selling our first home. It was a quick and easy process when working with Chad. He easily answered every question we had and if he couldn't answer it immediately, he found the answer out for us. He took care of all the small details and made many visits to the house prior to putting it on the market. We sold our house in less than 3 weeks, and he worked above and beyond on the many offers we received. Hands down the best and easiest realtor to work with.
