The entire staff with whom I interacted was professional and kind-hearted. I had a great first visit and am so glad that Dr. Manke was highly recommend to help my arthritic hands. I am fairly new to the area and rely on word of mouth to navigate medical care… The people I listened to definitely got it right!
Dr. Manke and his assistant were great. I'd give 5 stars if I wasn't forgoten and left waiting for 40 minutes for PT instructions and a prescription. Finally, I got up and went to check out. This person was rude as well as the person at PT check in. Both seemed irritated and bothered by my questions. I'm sorry you had to do your job. Almost 24 hours later I still don't have my prescription.
Very efficient, professional and speedy
Back for an appointment to hopefully schedule a surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome in my left hand this time. Friendly and efficient process from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend this practice.
