Chad M. Harbour was an excellent communicator. He took the time to describe everything needed for me to get ready for my upcoming surgery. He was thorough with showing me the detailed problem areas on my X rays and bedside manner was courteous and personal. He alleviated any fears I had moving forward. He provided suggestions on what to consider with weight loss prior to surgery as It will help with healing.
