Chad M. Harbour was an excellent communicator. He took the time to describe everything needed for me to get ready for my upcoming surgery. He was thorough with showing me the detailed problem areas on my X rays and bedside manner was courteous and personal. He alleviated any fears I had moving forward. He provided suggestions on what to consider with weight loss prior to surgery as It will help with healing. Dr. Harbour provided me with all the information I needed to prepare for my right knee replacement surgery.
I have always had great experience with the whole team.
This dr and his staff were pleasant and patient with me. Sometimes drs can be rushed and so I appreciated that the visit didnt seem rushed. He showed me the pictures of my problem joints and gave his honest recccomendation for treatment. I am comfortable with what he said and would see him again If needed
