First time visiting and had a great experience. Smooth check in, no lengthy wait and great service from Chad. He asked the needed questions, carefully explained options and worked with me to develop a plan. He answered all of my questions and did not rush the conversation. Chad made sure all of my questions were answered and scheduled a follow-up. Great patient care!
Was referred to a neurosurgeon after years of neurologist and many cortisone shots, wave after wave of muscle spasms took me three years to get to this appointment, my condition has worsened since then never had a chance to ask the many questions I've had to wait for. You will be referred to a neurosurgeon but this is not a neurosurgeon, so sent back to neurologist, I have multiple images and x rays showing nerve root compression he cannot see told me brushed off like I was imagining it.
