I've worked with Chad twice now and wouldn't work with anyone else at this point. He listens, learns what the buyer wants & and helps shortlist, and never pressures just to sell a home. He doesn't get discouraged when the "right" home seems elusive, and he kept me focused on my real wants and needs when I would be distracted by something flashy but not really important to me. The entire process was enjoyable, from the first meeting to closing.
