Dr Crawley is a great doctor, no issues there. His receptionist, Jennifer could use an attitude adjustment. Told me yesterday to call today to check on my prescription, then was blatantly rude when I called today (at 10:00am). Saying "Didn't I tell you yesterday in full detail, that your prescription should be signed off today." Then I replied with, "Yes, hence the reason I'm calling today." Followed by her saying, "Well, today isn't over yet." Like what do you want me to do, call at midnight?
Two days before my hip surgery he cancelled the surgery after I had already gone to and paid for pre op tests. I had also paid $400 for a special MRI he requested. When I called to see about rescheduling his surgery scheduler chewed me out for even asking about rescheduling and told me not to call back again. She said they would call me when he could reschedule. He left me limping and in pain for over a year and a half. I finally gave up and went to a better surgeon and I am now on the mend. Dr. Crawley was very compassionate and explained everything in terms we understood . I have complete confidence in him replacing my hip. He is also pretty funny which puts you at ease!
