I had an appt at 3pm. I showed up on time I even had all my paper filled out ahead of time. I was escorted to the exam room at 3:20 and was left alone until nearly 4pm. I finally put my shoes on and walked back to waiting room. I asked how much longer and staff told me there was another patient ahead of me. I told them this was very unprofessional and it showed their lack of caring or understanding of my time. I walked out. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your podiatry needs. Dr.Bracey performed surgery on my foot on May 26 2022. He put a piece in to replace a joint missing. Over a year later, I'm still having trouble. I have large protruding bones that prevent me from wearing the same size shoe as the normal foot.Due to having no family, I paid someone $100 t0 get me to all the appointments and agree to take me to the surgery., stay with me, and get me home safely. This woman works full time, takes her 90 year old mother to dialysis 3 times weekly, has a family yet rearranged her schedule severa... read more
