I waited way too long in the waiting room with a very sick baby
The people I had in the ER were fantastic and really showed lots of support
WDH is my hospital of choice, has been all my life but tonight's ER visit i must say is worst service ever received, very frustrated and not happy at all! After 5 hours, did absolutely nothing for my husband!
On two visits to the Emergency Room, several years apart, the staff forgot I was there after my initial crisis was over. I probably could have camped out overnight in my little curtained room and no-one would have known the difference. On both occasions, I ended up going out to the ER nurses' station to let them know I was still there and they looked totally shocked. I have been thru many stays at many different hospitals ,But WDH. IS THE FINEST QUALITY STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE STAFF ON THE FORTH FLOOR IS OUTSTANDING AS WAS EVERY PERSON I HAD CONTACT WITH. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE A LITTLE BIT BETTER.
