This is MY hospital and has been for almost 30 years. I have watched it grow, expand, and become part of Massachusetts General Hospital. Not every hospital is worthy of this privilege. Friendly, hard working staff - why I could go on and on. I know from where I speak having had multiple surgeries and out-patient tests.
My wife & I (both handicapped) were at the Wound Treatment Facility (for the 1st time) yesterday. I was having an operation incision treated. Other than there being VERY LITTLE parking (handicapped or otherwise), we were very pleased with my treatment. Registering & waiting time were minimal, & we were seen right away by the nurse(?) Lynda, & Dr. Sen. who were both professional, caring, & friendly. I anticipate a quick recovery from a problem new incision/old scar area.
