Chad & Sara were our 4th set of realtors to help sell our home. The previous bunch had all suggested the same path - "lower the price". Chad & Sara suggested better ways to market and stage the home to sell. It was Chad & Sara that sold it without lowering the price and did so in just a couple months!
Chad was great! We felt that he had our backs every step of the way! He was patient with all of our questions and always gave his honest opinion. Chad & Sara are awesome! They helped us sell our home about eight months ago when we moved to Missouri for a job transfer.
