We worked primarily with Sara. She did a great job with sending us mulitple listing and meeting us at several showings. We were impressed with the work, help and her skills that she used to find us a home.
Chad and Sara were so helpful when my inlaws needed to move from the Bloomington house in which they had lived for over 40 years to a senior living facility. They were very understanding of how difficult it was for them to move away from their home. They were patient and made sure to explain everything along the way. We (sons and daughters-in-law) also appreciated how much they kept us in the loop. We would strongly recommend them!
Chad and Sara are awesome! Our experience was so quick and positive. We met with them and within a week we were on our way! We met with a professional to stage our home and give us easy to implement ideas to perfect it's look. Soon after that, we had a professional photographer take pictures of our home. When we went live with our listing our house had nine showings in the first 15 minutes. AND our house sold in nine hours!!! What a great team. Thank you!
