Although your food is good. It is not good that you are adding a Covid 19 Upcharge without making customers aware of this. You are handing them a receipt hoping they will not notice. You are wrong for doing this. $5.00 is also an extreme amount. If you are going to continue to charge this post it at your outside menu so people are aware before ordering.
the management team here does not seem to be on the same page at all. I have gone three times and gotten three different responses to what need to go drink policy is. I've been told that my order needed a minimum cash amount, I've been told that my order needed to be one drink per food item, and I've been told that it was one drink per person in the vehicle. Went to this location moments ago and had to interact with two employees in the drive-through lane. Neither employee was properly wearing a face covering, they had them on but resting under their chin and not covering anything. If we weren’t currently in a nationwide pandemic this would’ve been acceptable, however we are so this is not only unacceptable but entirely disgusting. First off I would to say I haven’t been treated as poorly at a restaurant in a long time. After a 25 minute wait at the drive thru we were greeted by an irritated employee who was trying to rush us in every step of our order. She seemed to almost bothered that we had The audacity give them our business. After being told they were out of barbacoa we had to repeat back our replacement a number of times. The last few times I've been here I've been treated pretty rudely by the restaurant employees. I chalked it up to everything going on and I know people are stressed.
