Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and decided to replace brake pads. Also asked that a tire indicator light be checked as this was supposed to be fixed previously by Chabill’s. After waiting 4 hours and seeing my vehicle being driven offsite at least three times, I was informed that the tire indicator light could not be fixed and it was being driven to see if that would get it to go off. I am new to area. Had flat tire. Brought it to Chabill's for repair. After 2 days hadn't heard back. Went by on 3rd day. Manager very apologetic - had misplaced my contact info. Immediately took responsibility for error. Put tire on car & replaced spare very quickly. Didn't charge for repair due to their mistake in misplacing contact info. They did the work well & I would have been happy to pay for service. I’m glad I chose Chabill’s to get my tire fixed. They are professional and friendly. A+
Brought car in for a noise in front end. After their inspection call and tell me its the tie rods that need to be changed. After paying $900 for that the car is still making the same noise. Very unhappy customer at this time. I will be calling them tomorrow and letting them know.
