Made an appointment for a new set of tires. Arrived a little early, shop was two guys down. My truck went back on time and work started, fully expecting 90 plus minutes to complete. While waiting, listened to office staff handle calls and walk-ins, with honesty, helpful information, and true service. Top notch crew here, and Chabill's extras cant be beat.
Great service, friendly staff, company as a whole looks to take care of its customers. Had a quote issue on their website and not only did they honor the mistake on the website, but because the website error couldn't qualified for a promotion they gave me a free alignment to make up for it. Manager had everything squared away and ready to take care of me. Customer for life!
Si and the guys got my daughter in fast and took great care of us. I'd Reccomended you all to anyone!

I moved to Baton Rouge 4 years ago. This shop has consistently been friendly and nice and super helpful. Prices are competitive with many amenities. Sounds like I'm buying a condo. But the truth is I'm treated with respect and not for the amount of automotive knowledge I have. The service is excellent and the coffee is community. I can't ask for more. I'm getting my next set of tires there. Soon. Check them out. It's worth a try.

Ladies, I would recommend you try Chabill's. The staff, Jason Hendrix and Mr. Worthington, were helpful on the phone and in person. They answered questions truthfully and without being condescending. The shop is conveniently located on Coursey Blvd. (It's between a Dollar General and Stylish Nails if you want to do something while you wait.)
