They don’t even answer calls when they are open…
Literally the worst care experience I've had. Since I started getting my care through CHA, I've had multiple times where I show up for scheduled appointments just to find out they were cancelled. I've been scheduled with doctors other than my primary without warning and had my appointment not covered by insurance because of it. My primary left CHA and I was never told. I spent 7 MONTHS calling them on a weekly basis trying to get set up with a new doctor only to be told there were no openings and to check back in a week. I f... read more
