Train staff to do better, to BE better. You’re job doesn’t end just because it’s night time. An innocent life taken not just because a staff didn’t do their job but because the hospital as a whole didn’t do their jobs when those doors were locked. In case you don’t know what the point of an emergency room is...it’s for EMERGENCIES. News flash: Those happen at all hours of the night.
