I called them to refill a medication and the staff member just hung up on me without giving any reason at all.
Since most people only take the time to write reviews when they have had a negative experience, I would like to share my positive one. The service was impeccable and efficient. They were very accommodating and managed to find me an early appointment because I had lost my glasses. They even agreed to let me come another day for the dilation since I was not ready at the time. Overall, it was exceptional service. (^ー^)
I’ve been trying to make an appt for two weeks and the phone just rings and no one can help me
Why do you guys keep the same receptionist when everybody complaining about how rude she is??? And why is it so difficult to schedule an appointment there?
