Considering the fact that you robbed people of money in a pandemic from a trip that was cancelled due to a pandemic on no account of the seniors who already were dealt a crappy hand. You should be ashamed.
Update: CHA has agreed to refund the money of anyone not able or wishing to reschedule. They have agreed to refund all but $840 dollars $745 of that being a cancellation fee. Thank you CHA for doing the right thing.
Squirming out of providing a reasonable refund for students who couldn’t go on the trip due to the covid-19 pandemic travel restrictions. Unjust & unethical.
Global pandemic - and CHA does not cancel trip .. US State dept recommend not to travel on cruise ships ..trip to Greece 4/5 included 3 day cruise .cruise ship is offering refund yet CHA refuses to cancel..company has no regard for safety for high school students .. has no returned my emails or phone calls
Take responsibility for the complete tour. Don't leave the teacher/customer stranded with 16 students in an airport short of their final destination. Even if the issue is weather related CHA should assist with arrangements to the final destination. Very poor customer service when with a little more effort could have been a 5 star experience for the students. Disappointed

My son went to Germany, Switzerland and Austria this summer with his German class and had an absolute blast!!!! CHA did a fantastic job accommodating everything and made the trip unforgettable for him and his class mates.
