emailed me at 6 a.m to let me know my load was cancelled even tho i was not at work. No one even called my driver or me to inform us. Said whats the point of calling u if ur not at work even tho they have my cell phone number and my bosses cell phone on file. My drive drove 100 miles empty for nothing. broker refused to pay truck order and didn't nothing about it. very unprofessional. Lots of KY carrier have told me bad things about the Chattanooga branch and i should have just listen, wouldn't have had this problem.
Been working with this office for a few years. Everyone in the branch is very helpful, and they have always done right by our company. I would reccomend them to any truckline.
