I went for a gel manicure/pedicure two weeks ago and there was one lady doing my mani and another lady doing my pedicure and they were in a rush, especially when I booked an appointment a few days in advance. My gel on my finger nails wasn’t done correctly and certain nails were missing bits of polish, so I told them to fix it, which they did but they put more gel polish on top of the the existing nail polish and didn’t redo it. The staff here are no joke - they‘re some of the kindest people ever. I just got a set done by Helena last night, and honestly I‘m in LOVE with them!! She was so patient with me while I was swiping through photos trying to decide last minute what designs I wanted on each nail, and her creative input only made it better. Love the staff, this definitely isn’t my last time here! 🤍
Don’t recommend going in for a service. Went in Friday to get manicure with shellac done on my nails. On Sunday the shellac nail paint was already peeling and the base coat was still on my nails. Monday more nail paint started to come of. As of Thursday(today) the gel polish has already peeled off from all the nails and the gel base coat is still on the nails. I don’t know what was wrong but the product quality is definitely not the best.
They’re the best! So kind and friendly. Beautiful nails.
