Total rip off. Charged me $467 to come out & change 2 fuses, after my call was requesting help with blinkers & brake lights. I told him the fuses were blowing after I replaced them after a few uses. He says he can help, probably a short somewhere. Then he comes out & replaces fuses, tells me he's done & I owe him $467. (Service call, 2 hour minimum, milage & "shop fees") 30 minutes into my trip heading back up north, everything blew. This guy is a SCAM… Shows up to repair an air leak… He was looking for an air leak with 0psi and truck not running… lol I had to tell him to crank up truck to get compressor to work so he can find the leak… IMMEDIATELY wanted to call tow truck after 5min of diagnosing… The tow truck comes and hook his airline up and we find the leak… I asked the guy to repair it since we found it… HE SAID HE CAME IN THE TRUCK WITH 0 TOOLS and 0 PARTS… lol… Even Tow truck driver said the last customer complained the same thing about him… He c... read more
