CFI insulation has resolved this issue in a fair and honest way. I will recommend them now CFI Insulation of Knoxville installed our residential insulation last Tuesday (12/3/13). On Wednesday we FAILED the insulation inspection from the county. CFI Insulation did not come out and inspect the problems on Wednesday after our contractor called them and told them that there were problems. This company did my cousin's home insulation, and they failed their inspection. Not only were the men told that they were doing it wrong by the contractor for the home build, but the supervisor said he would come take a look, and never showed his face. The next whole day was spent with the owner of the home and two of the contractor's men redoing the insulation job so it could pass inspection.
