It’s amazing how I get phone calls from this company over and over again regarding a property in my hometown with the local area code but yet the company is in Texas. I have asked to be taken off of their list to receive no further calls and I continue to get harassing calls from this company.
The hot headed manager charged me $4600 for No legit reason. I satisfied my lease term, my rent was paid, it was clean, & no damage. They had $1695 of my deposit. They kept that & then added $2900 to my credit. Of course they're getting sued.
No one answers the phone ever
I worked for this company for 1.5 years years, and it was the best experience. This was the 6th management company I have worked for in 10 years, and the ABSOLUTE BEST. Corporate is responsive, knowledgeable, and they have put together a formula that works in our industry. I have never worked for a company that has also allowed me to be free to express who I am culturally, and has given so much support to those on-sight.
