Horrible customer service! I would think when you are paying over $8000 for a product they would have a little better service. They would randomly show up or not, they did not call and advise on the progress, and basically left me in the dark throughout the entire process. Damage was done to some of my landscape that they had told me would not be effectived. This is a excellent company to work with. Very pleased with the crew that worked on our deck. We chose the Havana gold trex & it is beautiful. I loved it when I seen it online but is more beautiful than the pictures show. I am telling everyone if they need a deck call CFC, they wouldn't be sorry.

Tim in Sales arrived for our appointment on the dot and quickly analyzed my situation and produced a comprehensive plan and bid for a Trex fence before he left. We loved working with CFC. We wanted to put in a deck and do the work ourselves. James at CFC helped us at every step of the process bending over backwards provide not only top quality supplies at the best price but helped design and advise to make sure we were successful.
