Cedar Fence is a great company to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional and top of the line. Always ahead of the game!
Super bad customer service. Went in based on their ksl ad about having discounted trex that had been ordered and not needed for jobs. We drove from ogden. "Discounted" was $43 for a 20' plank ($46 is the cost to order the same size). They also wanted $2 per cut to fit it in our vehicle, which at two cuts per plank made it more than ordering new. One of the worst places you can order your decking supplies from. Just a heads up they have a strict 30 day return policy that they failed to mention, and wouldn't do a simple exchange on materials for us. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they would have mentioned this when we ordered. when we called them on the phone they had terrible customer service, very short in person when we went in to talk to them and not willing to even try with us or make it right. We had CFC build us a fence on one side of our property. It was a disaster once we gave them a 50% deposit. They took months before I could get a call back just to get on the schedule. They didn't string a line. When the fence was done, it looked like a roller coaster because it followed the ground and was not straight at all. They fixed it, but were very reluctant because of their profit margins. We recently had CFC replace our 40 year old wooden fence with a new Trex fence. It looks great. Juan and Diego who did the actual installation were wonderful to work with. They patiently answered our questions and offered excellent suggestions. They respected our home and property. They came when they said they would and cleaned things up spotlessly.
