Bought a pair of AirPods here that wouldn’t hold charge and the sound was horrible in them. Tried taking them back for a refund. They said there was nothing wrong with them Took it to another store. Mt Gravatt STAFF are completely incompetent at their jobs, have now twice in the last two weeks had problems with this store regarding two separate items, the first being a guitar hero controller being advertised WITH dongle only to drive two hours to get to the store and have the employee tell us she has lost the dongle even though she said she was the one that put the dongle with the guitar, completely incompetent, second time emailed asking about a drum kit advertised with dongle to confirm before driving another 2 hours ... read more
I had a disappointing experience at this outlet involving a staff member named Frankee. I purchased a mobile phone from this store. At the time of purchase, the device battery was completely discharged, and I was not able to fully test the phone in-store.
