I bought a ps5 controller for $95 - however it dies after about 10 minutes of full charge. Why would they sell something like this?

After sale customer service not good. I bought a phone 3 days ago, now screen is not working properly but phone is in 5 years warranty but they denied to repair my phone by declaring too much major issue.
