We absolutely love, Love, Love this office! From the office staff, to nurses, to Doctors... they’re exceptional. I am an over the top Mom and they always make time to listen and help. Olivia loves them and I do, too! Olivia sees Bobbi, but loved Cevallos, too. Thank you for being an incredible office of wonderful humans!
This practice is a horrible representation of what care should be. They have refused to see my children due to my mother canceling our appointment. She explained to them that someone could not bring my son because I had been admitted into the hospital with complications with my lupus. The office manager was very nasty and said she did not want “our kind” coming to that office. I’m sorry, what kind is that exactly? Everyone was professional and kind in regards to my sons treatment. I didn't like that the "well" and "sick" waiting rooms aren't really all that separate. I would have been willing to deal with all that because of good service, but sue in the billing department called me several times insisting they had no insurance on file for us and wanted to bill me! And for the third time now, I wasted my time and energy calling the insurance company just so that they can confirm it was all covered and paid! She just can't handle keepin... read more
I went there. My kids started going there. I had to change offices cause if insurance reasons but if I could I'd be back there in a heart beat
I'm so lucky to work for and have these amazing people in my children's lives.
Love the doctors, nurses and staff! Always friendly and great with my 3 kids! Doctors take time with you and answer your questions. I never feel rushed. I also love that each entire room has painted murals which makes kids feel comfortable. I would highly recommend!
All three of my kids go here. We LOVE it here. Always so kind and usually fit us in even when they are busy. All the staff remembers all the kids names too. Very personable!
