Waiting for a shipment from CEVA called to track the 3 Day Economy package on the 3rd day (A Friday) was told that the 3 Day Economy package will be delivered by a contractor on Monday the 4th biz day. Called Monday afternoon and the package was still waiting in Dallas TX to be transferred to the contractor in Shreveport LA so it could be delivered to me in Tyler TX in between Dallas and Shreveport on Tuesday the 5th biz day. Delivering pet food here. Showed up a day earlier and the workers did not want to receive me even though they were not busy at all and there was no other trucks here the whole day. My dispatch tried to arrange something and they turned him down also. Bunch of lolly gaggers work here. Only one guy was considering to help me out but he got the mean mug from the other. Smh
CEVA claims they attempted delivery during normal working hours and moved on when they couldn't deliver. Again, this was during normal working hours. Rather than contact the shipper or the consignee, they tucked the shipment away and promptly forgot about it. Had I not followed up on the shipment to find out where it was it would still be collecting dust in their warehouse. I'm glad they can afford to lose customers because this is one who will never use them. And I have instructed my vendor they are no longer required to us... read more
