The salon is clean and pleasant, and aesthetically pleasing. Not only did I come back with a haircut that was absolutely horrendous, it has ruined my hair (increased breakage, and some product they used has dried my hair tremendously). The salon is clean and pleasant, and aesthetically pleasing. I got a haircut earlier last month and waited for a while to write this review, thinking/hoping that it might get better with a few weeks in. Truth is, it's the worth haircut I've ever received. Unprofessional Service and Hidden Price Increase – Avoid This Salon! I have been coming here since 2022 but I will not be returning here anymore. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cetana Salon. When I booked my appointment, I was never informed of a price increase for my usual service.
