Had the best experience at Cetana Salon with Margarita! She was so gentle, kind, and soft spoken the whole time, and you can really tell how dedicated and hardworking she is. She took me in early and spent almost two hours on my haircut—honestly the longest I’ve ever been at a salon, but totally worth it. She was super professional, made sure every detail was perfect, and her pricing was really reasonable too. She’s seriously the sweetest, and I 100% recommend her!

I originally got a bob haircut from another stylist but wasn’t completely happy with the results. The salon graciously offered me a refinement session with their master stylist, Natasha, and I’m so glad they did. Her attention to detail and years of experience made all the difference—it was such a relief! I’ll definitely be returning to Cetana. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows how to execute a bob cut, Natasha is the one to see!

The salon is clean and pleasant, and aesthetically pleasing. That’s where the positives end. Not only did I come back with a haircut that was absolutely horrendous, it has ruined my hair (increased breakage, and some product they used has dried my hair tremendously). Ruined my hair. I've been crying and wearing a hat for 7 days. There is no fixing this puffy, ugly mess. I can't bring myself to walk back into the salon for a follow up because I don't want them to touch my hair ever again. Went to have a refresh ahead of an event I had planned for the last 6 months that i will now not be able to attend. Please stop and listen to your clients.
