I, along with three of my friends visited Cesar's for dinner. The food and service was really good and the mango margarita are excellent. I will definitely be going back again.
Cesar's is the ONLY place for MARGARITAS in Chicago!! Being from Texas and Oklahoma, I have had thousands of margaritas and Cesar's has The Best anywhere. I moved to Florida two years ago and Cesar's is a must have on any trip to the Windy City. The food is good, too! Let the Sanchez Family show you a Mexican Fiesta, you're not soon to forget!! Three locations however, The 2 in Boystown are my favorites...
