The food was okay and the service was not. The waiter sneezed in the air to start our night off. His hands were free so he could have done that into his arm. He never came to our table during our meal to see if we needed anything else, which we did. Couple other things but so be it. He got 10%. We have been here a few times in the past, we won't be back. Too many other places.
A meal at Cesar's is like a meal with family. I feel like I'm home when I'm there... everyone is so nice, the service is great and the food is fantastic.

My disenchantment is rooted.... Stop treating black people like they don't belong... You petty on a wealth of things... it's sad Your food really isn't that great... great "meet up" party place... most Mexican people I know... tell me not to come
