The guy told me over the phone that they will be at my house at 10 and will pump the tank for $360 (1600 gal Mon May 16, 2022). The guy finally arrived at 11 and wanted $550 to completely empty the tank. He told me that his truck is partially full and would not be able to completely empty the tank in one trip. That was ridiculous to me. Who wants to have his tank partially pumped?
Nice family run business that provides a great service for a reasonable price. I am selling my home and needed the a septic tank pumped, inspected and certified. They showed up on time and were done in less two hours leaving everything clean. Other places I called wanted $600 plus more than what certified charged.

I ask how come the pump is not pumping...he said it is....B.S....was pretending to pump...wasn't pumping nothing ..cant u hear it he said..just the motor was on..but wasnt pumping anything..couldn't hear the hose lift up nothing wasn't comeing up..i grapped it , it wasnt even moving, sucking up nothing at all...he a crook..big time...dont waist your time or money...believe me....wow..a month later it was full again had to call a real honest company..
The folks at Quality are friendly enough but they didn't finish the job. They did not pump my cesspool all the way. I stood there and watched them work. The guy said, "we found the bottom, we're getting gravel." But it was still full of poop water. They left it mostly full. Anybody can stick the hose all the way to the bottom and suck up a bit of gravel without emptying it. When I had it pumped years ago I could see the bottom. 385 for diddly.
