Needed to redo my roof and found this company on Yelp. Spoke to them and seemed friendly so I signed their contract and gave them a deposit. Afterwards they stopped communicating and was avoiding me and/or the work. After constantly calling them out for weeks, they finally scheduled a start date only to cancel on the day of with no notification. Happened at least 4 times. So yeah, I live in ***********. I recently having a reroofing and solar panel installation project. First of all, I experienced multiple times that schedule was changed but I never got informed. I had to send a email to ask what's going on. Second, there are a lot of food waste and nails on my front yard and they just ignore it. I had to pick them up. CRS repaired and replaced as necessary our roof. New shingles and upgrades to venting. They repaired and replaced wood as necessary as well and we had a good amount from termite damage. Overall a job well done.
Professional, efficient and friendly from start to finish. Their proposal and contract was more thorough and detailed than any others received. They outline in detail all of the steps and exactly what products are used to ensure a valid manufacture warranty. Heartache free for the homeowner as they take care of permits.
