Bryan and Isaiah with Certified Restoration were absolutely the best! They came so quickly after being called and had our drying setup completed in record time. They were exceptionally nice and professional, and were very patient with our attention seeking dog! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially with this being our first issue with a water leak, they made everything easy!
I don’t think I’ve ever had more conscientious workers. We needed them immediately when my dishwasher situation caused a leak into the condo below me. They care about every detail of their work. Bryan and Isaiah always are on time and even smilingThey cleaned up the space where the mitigation took place, so that it is ready for the repairs. I will always recommend them when people from my condo ask. Do not even hesitate to call them when you need them. Of course, I hope you never need them!

Certified cleaned up water damage and mold from an unconnected pipe in my crawl space. I recommend their service. I personally crawled around and inspected their work. The project manager and their technicians were professional, friendly and completed the job. Working in a 20” crawl space is not easy and when you need pro restoration, this company will get it done.
