Dude - my water heater broke and flooded my stairway and ceilings. The Certified restoration team were absolutely life-savers. They came same day we called even though it was a Saturday and got the dry out procedure done. Bryan was the person handling the whole process and was empathetic throughout the entire process. They also recommended a contractor who was great and got it all repaired after the water damage was mitigated. I had an excellent experience with Certified Restoration at my house in downtown San Diego, especially with Tad. After a clean-water toilet overflow soaked the walls and the carpet at the entrance of my bathroom, Tad responded quickly and handled the remediation with urgency, professionalism, and great attention to detail.
