Michael and Thomas were amazing! They came over after hours to help get my place prepped and were always helpful and respectful when I called for updates. I cannot thank both of them enough for the work performed.
I work for a local General Contractor here in San Diego, and we had some water come in on one of the roofs we were in the process of repairing for a customer. This was a first for us, but we knew we needed to act fast. Certified Restoration picked up immediately and was on the project within the hour. Certified Restoration inc. were EXCELLENT!! I give them an A+. They were prompt, kind and very communicative every step of the way. The manager Tad made sure to call me after every process to update me on the restoration. They also were so helpful with being the liaison between me and my HOA. I have had about 3 floods in my condo (over the years) and this company , by far was THE BEST to deal with. I appreciate all their great work and you will too.
